Signed books ordered directly through this website are personally signed by Dr. Marcy with gratitude. We are honored to send them into your hands.
Orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days. During book launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, shipping may take longer. Customers will receive an email confirmation after placing an order.
Books purchased as pre-orders will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. Estimated shipping dates will be communicated by email.
Currently shipping within the United States. International shipping may become available in the future.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If a package appears lost, customers should contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged book. Replacement requests will be reviewed promptly.
Because each copy is personally signed, all signed book sales are considered final. Returns are generally not accepted unless the book arrives damaged or the incorrect item was shipped.
